Jang Keun-suk has refuted rumors of a nose job and expressed his thoughts on marriage.
On the 28th, Jang Keun-suk released a video on his YouTube channel titled ‘I’m Jang Keun-suk,’ with the video titled “Revealing Balance? Nose Surgery? Showing off? Marriage? Changing PD? Bring it all, I’ll listen to everything.”
In the video released that day, Jang Keun-suk took the time to read YouTube comments. Regarding the stagnant number of subscribers, Jang Keun-suk said, “I clearly mentioned it from the beginning. Don’t subscribe. I don’t want to become a slave to that. I hope my videos become like my diary, like treasures,” while also saying, “It would be great if the views increased and the ads started coming in,” with a smile.
The first video of ‘I’m Jang Keun-suk,’ where he revealed his house, has currently reached 1.62 million views. Jang Keun-suk greeted the viewers, saying, “I am grateful to all of you who clicked because you were curious about what I would say about the house I live in.”
Upon reading a comment saying, “When I see introductions of stars’ houses, most of them look like model houses, but I enjoyed watching because there were many human aspects inside good houses,” Jang Keun-suk revealed, “Actually, I didn’t plan to reveal my house. Showing the house felt like revealing my vulnerable side.”
Upon seeing a comment saying, “Sorry, hyung (older brother),” Jang Keun-suk said, “I understand the meaning completely. ‘I’ve misunderstood you so much until now, but seeing this, I realized that you are really walking the right path.’ I could see that in that one line. When asked, “You’ve gotten older. Aren’t you getting married?” Jang Keun-suk replied, “I want to. But how can I get married alone? It’s about going together.” When the PD said it wasn’t funny, Jang Keun-suk honestly responded, “First, I want to have fun. There are still so many things I haven’t done. I want to do subscriber events and festivals through YouTube. There are too many things I need to do.”
Regarding the continued criticism of being showy, Jang Keun-suk questioned, “How far do I have to move away from being showy? They say that if I move away a little, people will like me. Besides my showiness on Cyworld (a social networking site), do I have more?”
He also expressed his thoughts, saying, “I think that if a man doesn’t have showiness and confidence, he won’t have any ambitions. I believe that by gaining the nickname ‘showy,’ I obtained the key to life, to show that I am not just about showiness.”
