This figure surpasses the group’s previous best-selling album, their fourth studio album ‘MAP OF THE SOUL : 7,’ which recorded 3.42 million pre-orders in its first week during its 2020 pre-sale and later exceeded 5 million copies, according to Circle Chart. The new album is accelerating its pre-order numbers at a faster pace.
