Singer and actor Hwang Minhyun shared his thoughts on Wanna One’s highly anticipated reunion. <\/p>\n

Hwang Minhyun recently graced the covers of ‘Singles’ Korea and ‘Singles’ Japan for their April issue, participating in a captivating photo shoot. <\/p>\n

During the shoot, Hwang’s impeccable poses and striking visuals reportedly drew exclamations of admiration from the staff.<\/p>\n

In an interview following the shoot, Hwang Minhyun spoke candidly about the Wanna One reunion reality program, ‘Wanna One Go’. <\/p>\n

Hwang revealed, “I was worried whether we could be as lively as before, considering everyone has now tasted the bitterness of society.” He added, “It was truly ‘right away.’ Surprisingly, we haven’t changed at all. It felt like going back to those days immediately,” vividly conveying the excitement of their reunion. <\/p>\n

Regarding his bond with his fellow members, he shared, “That period was when we received the most spotlight and love, and its fleeting nature makes it even more unforgettable,” evoking nostalgia among fans. <\/p>\n

He also expressed that he is “always open to activities with NU’EST and Wanna One,” raising expectations for future projects. <\/p>\n

On his first solo single ‘Truth,’ released after completing his 21-month mandatory military service, Hwang shared, “It contains messages for the fans who waited for me. I wanted to convey that we’ve always been together, even if not physically.” <\/p>\n

Currently filming for the second season of the TVING original series ‘Study Group,’ Hwang teased that “the action scale has grown much larger.” <\/p>\n

Reprising his intense role as Yoon Gamin from Season 1, Hwang expressed his ambition to further transform as an actor, stating, “I want to challenge myself with a psychopathic villain role. I want to completely break the image of being upright and exemplary.” <\/p>\n

Hwang successfully held fan meetings in Seoul and recently in Tokyo. All six performances quickly sold out, showcasing his enduring ticket power and strong fandom post-military service. <\/p>\n

With a solo comeback, the Wanna One reunion, new projects confirmed, and sold-out fan meetings domestically and internationally, March is proving to be a thriving month for Hwang Minhyun as he embarks on a full-fledged career resurgence post-military. <\/p>\n
