BTS Jimin expressed his struggles with dieting.<\/p>\n

On April 2, Choo Sung-hoon’s YouTube channel posted a video titled ‘The Day BTS Jungkook and Jimin Swam on Choo Sung-hoon’s Ear (ft. Sauna Healing Full Course)’.<\/p>\n

BTS revealed they held a song camp in LA. Jimin mentioned, “We made about 100 songs, narrowed it down to 14 tracks, and recorded them.”<\/p>\n

Jungkook explained their daily routine during the song camp, stating, “As soon as we woke up, we exercised, had breakfast, took turns showering, and continued making music. We ate and slept again.”<\/p>\n

Choo Sung-hoon asked about their food, to which Jungkook responded, “We ate well. Korean food was readily available.”<\/p>\n

Jimin shared that they ate well during the camp but then dieted after returning. He added, “I used to not eat, but now I don’t think I can do it. It’s too hard now. I think I managed because I was younger.” Jungkook also emphasized, “You have to eat meat,” and described their diet as “low-carb, low-fat, high-protein.”<\/p>\n
