Currently holding the third spot in the all-time box office, ‘Living with the King’<\/i> is closely trailing the second-place record of ‘Extreme Job’<\/i> (16.26 million viewers).<\/p>\n
Released on February 4, ‘Living with the King’<\/i> is set in Cheongnyeongpo in 1457, telling the story of a village chief who chooses exile to revive the village and a young, deposed king exiled from the throne. The film reached 10 million viewers on its 32nd day, becoming the 34th film to achieve this milestone.<\/p>\n
Having already secured the top spot in all-time sales, ‘Living with the King’<\/i> recorded 150.7 billion KRW as of the 29th of last month. The film’s known production cost of approximately 10.5 billion KRW further highlights its impressive performance.<\/p>\n
Although ‘Living with the King’<\/i> lost the top box office spot to competitor ‘Project Hail Mary’<\/i>, halting its consecutive number one streak, it maintains its long-term success in its ninth week of release, generating interest in its future box office milestones.<\/p>\n
