Singer and actor Doh Kyung-soo shared behind-the-scenes stories about attending his close friend actor Kim Woo-bin’s wedding.
On the 30th, a video titled ‘EXO Dance King Competition by Na Young-seok’ was uploaded on YouTube channel ‘Channel 15ya.’
In the released video, EXO, which recently made a comeback, appeared as guests, talking with PD Na Young-seok.
Na Young-seok asked, “I watched the MMA stage. Does Kai still oversee the members’ dance rehearsals?” Suho replied, “He’s the drill master. Even to go to the bathroom during practice, you need permission,” drawing laughter.
Kai explained, “The members often make their escape to the bathroom during practice. Then I have to catch them.” He added, “In the past, we practiced very inefficiently. Even if we scheduled 8-10 hours, actual practice was about three hours.”
When Na Young-seok asked why, Chanyeol explained, “I think it’s because we thought we’d be performing for a long time, so we took it easy.” Kai shared behind-the-scenes stories about preparing for the MMA stage, saying, “This time, we scheduled a tight 4-5 hours, so it made us push harder.”
When asked if any members had improved significantly in their dancing, Kai said, “Suho and Chanyeol worked really hard this time. They motivated each other a lot, forming a rivalry,” causing laughter.
Na Young-seok then remarked they seemed to have had a busy and exciting end of the year. Looking at Doh Kyung-soo, he mentioned, “In the midst of all that, you attended a wedding.”
Doh Kyung-soo revealed he almost missed the wedding. He had intended to attend when Kim Woo-bin’s wedding was initially planned, but the schedule was delayed, leading him to resign himself to not going. However, he found a narrow window in his schedule between the red carpet and the main stage, which allowed him to attend, he shared.
Na Young-seok empathetically noted, “You went and came back in 10 minutes.” Doh Kyung-soo added, “If I hadn’t seen it, it would have been a burden on my mind for life,” making everyone laugh.
