Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon will continue her 19-year journey with SM Entertainment.
On January 9, SM Entertainment announced the renewal of Taeyeon’s contract.
Taeyeon, who debuted as a member of the legendary K-pop girl group Girls’ Generation in 2007 and launched her solo career in 2015, has since become a beloved vocalist known for her unique voice. The contract renewal reaffirms her deep trust in SM, the agency that has supported her throughout their 19-year partnership.
Taeyeon has produced various hit songs such as ‘I,’ ‘Why,’ ‘Four Seasons,’ ‘Spark,’ ‘INVU,’ and ‘To. X,’ achieving significant digital and physical success. She recently celebrated her 10th anniversary as a solo artist with her first compilation album, ‘Panorama: The Best of TAEYEON,’ commemorating her musical journey. Anticipation is building for her future activities.
