Actress Gong Min-jung will showcase a new side in the Netflix series ‘Monthly Boyfriend.’
Scheduled for release on the 6th, ‘Monthly Boyfriend’ is a romantic comedy following Mi-rae (Ji Soo), a webtoon PD burned out by real life, who subscribes to and experiences virtual dating simulations.
Gong Min-jung will play Yoon Song, a popular webtoon writer whose work Mi-rae manages. She will amplify viewing pleasure by portraying a playful love-hate chemistry with Ji Soo.
Yoon Song is an emotionally expressive character who conceals nothing, and Gong Min-jung is poised to deliver a dramatic performance in this unpredictable role.
Gong Min-jung has previously impressed audiences through her roles across television and film. She recently returned to the stage with the play ‘Mourning My Death,’ showcasing her versatile acting range.
