Actress Han So-hee is set to showcase a new charm as Mi-seon in the film ‘Project Y’ (directed by Lee Hwan).
‘Project Y’ tells the story of Mi-seon and Do-kyung, who live in a vibrant city dreaming of a different tomorrow, as they find themselves on the edge of life, stealing dirty money and gold bars.
Since making her mark in the drama ‘The World of the Married,’ Han So-hee has taken on a diverse range of genres and roles, including high-action performances in ‘My Name’ and deep emotional acting in ‘Gyeongseong Creature.’
With her continual transformations, Han So-hee is set to captivate audiences once again by portraying Mi-seon, who dreams of a normal life and leaps into danger in ‘Project Y.’
Mi-seon, portrayed by Han So-hee, is a character who dreams of an ordinary life while fiercely navigating her challenging reality, longing for a moment to escape.
Facing a pivotal moment, Mi-seon plans to steal the quarry owner’s dirty money to reclaim what she’s lost, diving into peril with her friend Do-kyung (Jeon Jong-seo).
The released stills showcase Mi-seon’s contrasting expressions, from a gentle smile to an intense gaze, sparking curiosity about the dynamic situations she will encounter.
“Mi-seon was a character that made me question, ‘Can I really do it?’ yet feel confident that I could,” Han So-hee revealed, displaying passionate dedication to her role on set.
Director Lee Hwan also expressed satisfaction by saying, “From the first shoot, Han So-hee’s presence as Mi-seon, even without lines, was perfect,” raising further anticipation for her portrayal.
‘Project Y’ will be available in theaters starting January 21, 2026.
