Earlier, on February 1 (local time), the soundtrack ‘Golden’ from the Netflix animation ‘K-pop Demon Hunters’ won the ‘Best Song Written for Visual Media’ at the 68th Grammy Awards Premiere Ceremony held in Los Angeles (LA), USA.

The ‘Best Song Written for Visual Media’ is an award presented to composers of songs created for visual media, including film, TV, and video games. For their contributions to ‘Golden,’ TEDDY, Korean-American composer and singer 24 (Lee Jae), and IDIO (Lee Yuhan, Kwak Jungkyu, Nam Heedong) received honors.

Released on June 20 last year, ‘K-pop Demon Hunters’ gained global popularity, igniting another Korean Wave. The original soundtracks (OSTs) performed by the movie’s girl group Huntrix and boy group Sazaboyz topped global music charts, affirming their success.
