Actor Kim Woo-bin is celebrating two significant milestones: his marriage and his 15th anniversary since debut.
On the 24th, Kim Woo-bin posted two photos on his social media account, expressing his gratitude with an emoticon depicting hands folded in thanks.
The photos showcased a special gift and flowers celebrating his 15th anniversary, featuring characters he has played over the years. The heartfelt gift, seemingly crafted by fans, moved many.
Kim Woo-bin married his long-time partner, actress Shin Min-ah, on December 20 last year. The couple, who have a five-year age difference, first met while filming a commercial and went public with their relationship in 2015. Their decade-long journey included tough times, such as Kim’s battle with nasopharyngeal cancer in 2017, which led him to halt all activities. During his illness, Shin Min-ah remained by his side, and together they faced two challenging years, culminating in his recovery.
Meanwhile, upon announcing his marriage last month, Kim Woo-bin shared his thoughts, “I have decided to walk together with the person who has been with me for a long time. I would appreciate your support to make our journey warmer.”
