Tiffany (Tiffany Young) is the first member of Girls’ Generation to marry. Her partner is actor Byun Yo-han. The couple announced their marriage registration, officially becoming husband and wife.
On February 27, actor Byun Yo-han’s agency, Tim Hope, announced, “Actors Tiffany Young and Byun Yo-han completed their marriage registration today, based on deep trust and love for each other.”
Regarding the wedding, the agency stated, “No specific time or place has been confirmed yet. They are carefully considering a simple ceremony, possibly a service, to share their gratitude with their families.”
The couple publicly acknowledged their relationship last December, announcing they were dating with marriage in mind. Although a wedding date had not been set, they proceeded with their marriage registration.
They reportedly first met as on-screen lovers in the Disney+ series “Uncle Samsik,” which premiered last May. Their on-screen romance blossomed into a real-life relationship, and now they are lifelong partners.
With this news, Tiffany becomes the first Girls’ Generation member to marry. While fellow member Sooyoung has been in a public relationship with actor Jung Kyung-ho for 14 years since 2012, it was Tiffany, not the long-term couple Sooyoung and Jung Kyung-ho, who first entered into matrimony.
Meanwhile, Tiffany is set to appear in ENA’s new variety show “X the League.” Byun Yo-han recently starred in the Netflix film “Pavane,” which premiered on the 20th.
