Singer and actor Rain revealed his serious neck and spine condition.
On January 29, the YouTube channel ‘Season B Season’ released a video titled ‘What’s Going On with My Body?’ In the video, Rain, experiencing cervical and lumbar pain, visited a hospital for a check-up.

At the hospital, Rain explained, “I have cervical disc issues at the 5th and 6th vertebrae and stenosis at the 5th and 6th lumbar vertebrae,” adding, “My joints hurt a lot.”
Meeting with the doctor, Rain shared, “I’ve had neck pain since I was young, but suddenly, my back started hurting. The sides around my waistline have been severely painful.”

After examining the MRI, the specialist explained that Rain’s neck, which is typically a C-curve, was straight. He added, “The 5th and 6th cervical vertebrae have a twist, are lower, and have ruptured significantly,” describing the cervical disc condition. The specialist also noted, “The inflammation might cause a lot of pain or discomfort,” as he explained the lumbar MRI results.
With the need to handle schedules immediately after treatment, the medical team devised a customized treatment plan for Rain. The first ultrasound examination revealed slight inflammation and potentially problematic pain in his shoulder blades.
Rain received intensive manual therapy and magnetotherapy tailored to his performance schedule, expressing satisfaction by saying, “It’s like magic. It’s not painful at all now.”
