Actors Shin Min-a, 41, and Kim Woo-bin, 36, have married after 10 years of public dating, celebrating with well wishes from their colleagues.
The wedding took place on the evening of the 20th at The Shilla Seoul in Jung-gu, Seoul. Kim Woo-bin’s close friend, Lee Kwang-soo, hosted the ceremony.
Family members, relatives, and close acquaintances attended the event, with celebrities beginning to arrive around 6 PM.
Actor Ryu Jun-yeol was the first guest to arrive, followed by singer Car, the Garden; actor Lee Byung-hun; writer Kim Eun-sook; actors Kim Eui-sung, Nam Joo-hyuk, and Im Joo-hwan; producer Na Young-seok; and BTS member V. The ceremony host, Lee Kwang-soo, also welcomed actors Kim Tae-ri, Ahn Bo-hyun, Jin Kyung, Go Doo-shim, Gong Hyo-jin, Bae Sung-woo, Uhm Jung-hwa, Yoo Hae-jin, Lee Se-young, Yoon Kyung-ho, and broadcaster Park Kyung-lim, along with model Bae Jung-nam, all of whom attended to congratulate the couple.
Do Kyung-soo’s surprise attendance was particularly notable. Despite being scheduled to perform with EXO at the 2025 Melon Music Awards (MMA2025) at the same time, he managed to make an appearance. A close friend of Kim Woo-bin, Do Kyung-soo was initially expected to sing at the wedding but had to decline due to his MMA2025 schedule.
Although initially reported to miss the wedding due to the awards ceremony, Do Kyung-soo arrived after walking the red carpet for MMA 2025 with EXO members. He stayed for approximately 15 minutes before returning to Gocheok Sky Dome for EXO’s performance.
On their wedding day, the couple’s agency, AM Entertainment, released wedding photos that drew significant attention for their cinematic quality. They also warmed hearts by donating 300 million won to those in need.
The couple, who have a five-year age difference, met while filming a commercial and confirmed their relationship in 2015. Their 10-year relationship has included difficult times, notably when Kim Woo-bin was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer in 2017 and suspended all activities. Shin Min-a supported him throughout, and they endured his two-year treatment and recovery together.
In their marriage announcement last month, Kim Woo-bin stated, “After many years together, I am now looking to build a family with my partner. I would appreciate your support as we embark on this new journey together.”
