The dazzling lineup for SM Entertainment’s global concert brand, ‘SMTOWN LIVE 2023,’ to take place in Jakarta, Indonesia in September, has been revealed.
SMTOWN LIVE 2023 SMCU PALACE @JAKARTA with KB Bank will be held on September 23rd at 6:30 PM local time at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium in Jakarta.
This concert will feature performances from TVXQ, Super Junior, Red Velvet, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, WayV, and aespa, as well as a rookie boy group scheduled to debut in September.
Notably, this concert marks the first offline ‘SMTOWN LIVE’ in Jakarta in approximately 11 years since 2012. This year holds special significance as it marks the 50th anniversary of Korea-Indonesia diplomatic ties, adding further meaning as a platform for vibrant cultural exchange between the two countries.
KB Kookmin Bank is the title sponsor for ‘SMTOWN LIVE 2023,’ and its subsidiary, PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk, is participating as a local sponsor. Ticket reservations will begin on August 9th at 2:00 PM for KB Bukopin credit card users and on August 11th at 2:00 PM for the general public.
Meanwhile, ‘SMTOWN LIVE,’ which has been held in major cities around the world since 2008, recently staged performances at Tokyo Dome, Japan, in August of last year after a three-year hiatus, selling out all seats, including obstructed view seats, and attracting a total of 150,000 spectators.
