The group Wanna One is returning with the reality show ‘Wanna One Go’ after seven years.
On the 1st, the YouTube channel ‘Wanna One’ released a video titled ‘Wanna One Go Starts Again.’
The video features a teaser for ‘Wanna One Go,’ set to premiere on the 28th. It drew attention by showing the members, except Lai Kuan-lin, interviewing the production team. Kim Jae-hwan notably participated in the interview as his first schedule just two days after his discharge, drawing significant interest.
Referring to the teaser video, first released on January 1st, Lee Dae-hwi said, “I sobbed in front of the fridge after watching the video. Am I too emotional?” Kim Jae-hwan also stated, “I don’t know how many times I’ve replayed that short video.”
The members expressed a desire to revisit the past reality show ‘Wanna One Go.’ Ong Seong-wu reminisced, “I want to play tag, sing songs, and eat spicy buldak again,” while Bae Jin-young wished to play the Mafia game once more.
Regarding activities they want to do in ‘Wanna One Go,’ Lee Dae-hwi said, “I want to travel with the other members,” Kang Daniel mentioned “working out in the gym,” and Yoon Ji-sung shared, “I really want to show my dog Bero to the members.”
Additionally, Park Ji-hoon expressed a desire to try extreme sports, but Bae Jin-young humorously responded that he was not interested in active activities, recalling previous difficulties with paragliding and amusement parks.
Asked if they could return to their past seven years ago, Ong Seong-wu said, “Wanna One is a team that’s more fun when given free rein,” and Hwang Min-hyun shared, “Everyone seems excited, so I am too.”
Lastly, Lee Dae-hwi expressed, “I hope people can feel that we were always together rather than saying we are back.”
Meanwhile, ‘Wanna One Go’ will premiere on Mnet Plus at 6 PM on the 28th and broadcast on the Mnet channel at 8 PM.
