AKMU is raising anticipation for their comeback, announcing their first activities under their newly established company, Fountain of Inspiration.
On the 23rd, AKMU shared a Polaroid photo on their official social media account.
The photo features Lee Chan-hyuk and Lee Su-hyun standing side by side. Although no detailed explanation accompanied the image, the caption ‘4th album’ at the bottom of the photo garnered significant attention.
Fans speculate this post indicates a new album release. However, specific details regarding whether it will be a full-length or mini album have not yet been disclosed.
AKMU has not released a full-length album since their third studio album, ‘Sailing,’ in 2019. This announcement marks a ‘4th album’ approximately six years and five months after their last full-length release. Notably, the title track from their third album, ‘How Can I Love the Heartbreak, You’re the One I Love,’ continues to rank high on charts and receive consistent affection.
