K-pop group BTS will hold a free concert at Gwanghwamun Plaza.
On the 9th, BTS’s agency, Big Hit Music, announced via the Weverse community that “BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG” is planned to celebrate the release of their fifth studio album, ‘Arirang’. The concert, scheduled for Gwanghwamun Plaza, an iconic Korean landmark, will debut new songs, including the title track.
The announcement detailed that attendance can be secured through event applications on Weverse Global or by obtaining free tickets via a separate booking site. Applicants must be ARMY membership holders who purchase application products during the specified period on Weverse Global, while general reservations are open to all without specific conditions.

This outdoor concert will feature both standing and reserved seating areas. Big Hit Music explained that “different operational standards will be applied depending on the participation method and viewing area.”
Meanwhile, BTS, concluding their military hiatus, is slated for a full group comeback with their fifth album, ‘Arirang’, on March 20. The comeback live event will take place the following day, March 21, at 8 PM, in the vicinity of Gwanghwamun Plaza. This marks the first time an artist will hold a solo concert at Gwanghwamun Plaza.
