Singer Crush’s 2023 track “Hate” is gaining significant attention as it makes an impressive rebound on various music charts.
“Hate” entered Melon’s Top 100 at position 100 on March 1 and climbed to 54th as of 8 a.m. on the 4th.
Beyond Melon, the song has also been gaining traction on other streaming platforms. As of March 2, it ranked 54th on YouTube Music’s weekly domestic popular song chart, 28th on its weekly popular artist chart, and 16th on Spotify’s daily popular songs chart.
“Hate” is one of the four title tracks from Crush’s third studio album “wonderego.” A dance crew further ignited its popularity by launching the “Hate Challenge” early last month, which has since gone viral.
Members of popular idol groups like IVE, Kiki, NCT WISH, BOYNEXTDOOR, TWS, VERIVERY, and Kickflip have joined the challenge, adding to its viral success.
The continued upward trajectory of “Hate” on the charts remains a point of interest.
Meanwhile, Crush is currently appearing as a producer on Mnet’s “Show Me the Money 12” alongside his close friend Zico. They also released the duet “Yin and Yang” and actively promoted it, including a Fancy Child version featuring DEAN and Penomeco.
Crush also demonstrated his musical prowess, securing two awards for ‘R&B Album of the Year’ and ‘R&B Track of the Year’ at the Korean Hip Hop Awards 2026, which took place last month.
