The 2nd D Awards will be held on February 11 next year.
The K-pop awards ceremony ‘2nd D Awards’ hosted by Sports Donga will take place at the Hwajung Gymnasium in Korea University, Anam-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, on February 11, 2026.
‘D Awards’ is an awards ceremony designed to support artists who have illuminated K-pop globally and to spread the ‘Dream’ and ‘Delights,’ which are the backgrounds for our music being loved worldwide.
The ceremony is divided into three main categories: ‘D Awards Black Label,’ ‘D Awards Delights Blue Label,’ and ‘D Awards Dreamers Silver Label.’
‘D Awards Black Label’ is the title for the grand prize, awarded for Artist, Album, Song, Performance, Record, Globalist, and Trend of the Year. ‘D Awards Delights Blue Label’ corresponds to the main award given to K-pop artists who made a significant impact throughout the year.
‘D Awards Dreamers Silver Label’ targets outstanding rookies who will lead our popular music in the future. Additionally, ‘D Awards’ spotlights and supports ‘D Awards Iconic,’ highlighting the components encompassing the past, present, and future of K-pop.
Special awards such as ‘D Awards Impact’ for actors and broadcasters with bold presence in our pop culture, and ‘D Awards Discovery,’ which identifies 2025’s K-content discoveries, are also presented.
The 2nd D Awards, which will unfold in Seoul, Korea, the home of K-pop, has ‘Upick,’ a global fandom platform, as its naming sponsor. ‘D Awards Fanpick,’ one of the major award categories and based on 100% fan participation, will be conducted through ‘Upick.’ More details and the schedule for official voting will be announced later.
