Singer Hwasa’s ‘Good Goodbye’ music video has surpassed 100 million views on YouTube. As of 9:20 AM on the 30th, the video reached this milestone on Hwasa’s official YouTube channel, approximately three and a half months after its simultaneous release with the track on October 15 of last year.

This marks the third time a solo song by Hwasa has surpassed 100 million views. Her previous hits include ‘Maria,’ which has garnered approximately 347.2 million views since its June 2020 release, and ‘Twit,’ with around 110.14 million views since February 2019. Additionally, Hwasa’s duet with Loco, ‘Don’t Give It to Me,’ released in June 2018, has exceeded 141.2 million views, bringing her total to four music videos each with over 100 million views.

The ‘Good Goodbye’ music video, which begins with a question about whether a good farewell is possible, is a warm breakup song that wishes happiness for the other person. It garnered attention for the exceptional synergy between Hwasa and actor Park Jung-min.

Following Hwasa and actor Park Jung-min’s celebratory stage at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards at Yeouido KBS Hall on November 19, the song became a sensation in the music industry, setting new records.

‘Good Goodbye’ achieved a “Perfect All-Kill (PAK)” by topping all major domestic music charts. According to iChart, an online integrated chart that aggregates daily, weekly, and real-time rankings from six major music sites—Melon, Genie, Bugs, YouTube Music, FLO, and Vibe—’Good Goodbye’ recorded a total of 750 PAKs as of 9:30 AM on the 30th, following its first PAK on November 30th last year.

Hwasa ranked second in the all-time PAK chart, behind Huntrix’s ‘Golden’ (1484 times), and held the highest rank among Korean artists excluding Huntrix. NewJeans’ ‘Ditto’ (655 times), BTS’ ‘Dynamite’ (610 times), and IU’s ‘Celebrity’ (462 times) followed.

The song also earned five music show awards. It secured six awards on the Circle Chart, topped Billboard Korea’s newly established ‘Billboard Korea Hot 100’ for two consecutive weeks, and also led the ‘Billboard World Digital Song Sales’ chart, cementing its status as a major hit in the music industry.

Meanwhile, Hwasa held her first solo concert in 12 years, ‘2026 HWASA CONCERT ,’ on the 17th and 18th at Kyunghee University’s Peace Hall in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, where she met with fans.
