Singer Hwasa will release a new song on April 9.
According to P Nation, Hwasa’s agency, the artist will unveil her new digital single ‘So Cute’ on various online music sites at 6 PM on April 9.
This marks her comeback approximately six months after achieving a mega-hit with ‘Good Goodbye,’ released on October 15 last year, heightening anticipation.
On March 31, P Nation’s official channel released a teaser video for Hwasa’s comeback featuring the title ‘So Cute.’ The video captures Hwasa briefly singing, sitting thoughtfully at a table, surrounded by children playing with recorders and hula hoops, drawing attention.
Hwasa demonstrated overwhelming music chart dominance with ‘Good Goodbye,’ achieving a ‘Perfect All-Kill’ (PAK) 750 times and solidifying her status as a top artist.
She also proved her irreplaceable presence by winning triple crowns on SBS ‘Inkigayo,’ five music show wins, six Circle Chart accolades, and maintaining the top spot on the newly established ‘Billboard Korea Hot 100’ for two consecutive weeks.
Hwasa’s comeback is expected to further solidify her status as a ‘solo queen,’ with her unique style and emotion promising another hit following ‘Good Goodbye.’
Meanwhile, Hwasa will perform at ‘Rock in Rio,’ one of the world’s largest music festivals, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on September 11 (local time).
