Singer Hwasa is continuing her surge in popularity.
Hwasa’s ‘Good Goodbye’ has once again claimed the top spot on the ‘Billboard Korea Hot 100’ for the December 13 chart released on the 10th.
The ‘Billboard Korea Hot 100’ is a newly established chart by Billboard and Billboard Korea as of December 3, where Hwasa achieved her first number one on the December 6 chart.
This chart highlights the most beloved songs in Korea, compiled using official data from global and domestic major music platforms, including streaming usage and sales figures.
Her global popularity is also on the rise. According to the December 13 Billboard chart released on the 9th (local time), ‘Good Goodbye’ climbed from second to first on the ‘Billboard World Digital Song Sales’ chart.
In addition, it rose to 32nd on the ‘Billboard Global 200’, continuing its hot streak from the previous week’s debut at 43.
Meanwhile, after a celebratory stage with Park Jung-min at the ’46th Blue Dragon Film Awards’, ‘Good Goodbye’ is proving its ‘syndrome-level’ popularity. It’s the first solo female artist to achieve a ‘Perfect All-Kill (PAK)’ this year, topping six major domestic music sites: Melon, Genie, Bugs, YouTube Music, Flo, and Vibe.
Moreover, in the 48th week of 2025 on the Circle Chart, ‘Good Goodbye’ achieved six awards in categories like digital, streaming, and BGM, and claimed two music show titles on MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core’ and SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’.
