FIVE O ONE (Kim Hyun-joong, Heo Young-saeng, Kim Kyu-jong) is making a comeback with the new album ‘Set It Off,’ celebrating their 20th anniversary.
On March 3, Henecia announced, “FIVE O ONE will release the new album ‘Set It Off’ on the 7th. It includes the title track of the same name as well as original tracks that were pre-released at their 20th-anniversary concert and received a warm response.” The announcement added, “The album captures the energy and emotion from their performances in its sound.”
This album is more than a mere celebration; it showcases the group’s solidified identity after 20 years. The album condenses their musical journey and proven stage harmony, highlighting FIVE O ONE’s unique colors.
Last year, FIVE O ONE held a 20th-anniversary world tour, starting in Seoul and traveling through major Asian cities such as Tokyo, Osaka, and Hong Kong, connecting with global fans. Amidst unwavering cheers and enthusiastic support, they reaffirmed their presence as a team that bridges generations.
The album’s release date, the 7th, coincides with the first day of their ’20th-anniversary world tour’ encore performance in Seoul, adding significance. On this day, FIVE O ONE will unveil their new song on stage for the first time, marking a symbolic moment that unites the stage and the album.
Meanwhile, FIVE O ONE’s new album ‘Set It Off’ will be released on various music sites at noon on the 7th.
