The first boy group produced by Kim Jaejoong is officially debuting in the music industry.

Incode Entertainment (hereafter Incode) has confirmed the debut of two boy groups in the first half of this year, heralding a fresh wave in the K-pop market.

At midnight on February 25, Incode officially announced the debut of the two boy groups via its official social media channels. The 11 male trainees under Incode will be divided into two teams, one consisting of five members and the other of six.

The official team names and member compositions of the two boy groups were unveiled through a video. The groups are named KEYVITUP and VAY ONN. KEYVITUP consists of five members: Taehwan, Hyunmin, Sena, Jaein, and Lokia. VAY ONN is composed of six members: Masato, Sen, Xun Jiayang, Feng Jinyu, Teru, and Mano.

KEYVITUP aims for an April debut, while VAY ONN is preparing for a June debut. Incode stated, “The two teams have completely different concepts and musical directions. We plan to showcase each team’s identity and appeal to global fans to the fullest.”

The 11 trainees, first revealed during last November’s debut project “INTHE X,” have been interacting with fans even before their official debut through events such as a mini-fan meeting in December, a ‘Fortune Tour’ in January, and the ‘Epilogue: End=Beginning’ fan meeting on February 21. Their outstanding visuals and distinctive charms have garnered global recognition from fans.

With a solid fanbase already established before their debut, the news of these two teams’ consecutive debuts is drawing attention from both the industry and fans.
