Min Hee-jin, formerly of Ador, is set to produce a new boy group, and her newly established entertainment company is already attracting significant attention with its auditions.
In October, Min Hee-jin founded a new entertainment agency called OK Records and completed its corporate registration. Recently, she began accepting applications for a private in-house audition through a renowned dance school, drawing considerable interest.
According to the announcement, the auditions were scheduled to accept online submissions until 10 PM on December 4. However, the dance school handling the auditions announced on its official account on the 4th that the applications for ‘OK Records private in-house auditions’ had closed.
The dance school stated that due to an overwhelming number of applicants far exceeding expectations, they had to conclude the registration early to ensure smooth proceedings. They also mentioned that audition details and schedules would be individually communicated to successful applicants.

With the audition news, it is anticipated that Min Hee-jin is fully embarking on producing idols. On the 4th, she appeared on a live broadcast on the YouTube channel ‘Just Yeoido.’
During the broadcast, Min Hee-jin discussed her pending legal matters with Hybe regarding a put option claim and also addressed the audition the company is holding. She explained, “We’re simply included in the academy’s regular auditions.”
As the CEO of OK Records, Min Hee-jin expressed her desire to propose a new management contract model, stating, “I want shorter contract periods, and the standard contracts have many flaws. I’m contemplating whether this is the right moment to engage in such a groundbreaking shift.” She continued, “I want to take on such new challenges.”
On her plans for a future group, Min Hee-jin said, “I don’t think I’ll create a girl group next. Maybe later, but not now. If I do, it’ll be a boy group first,” revealing her plans for a boy group launch.
