Min Hee-jin to Launch New Talents with OK Records Audition, Open to All Nationalities and Genders

Min Hee-jin former ADOR CEO

Min Hee-jin, former CEO of ADOR, is set to discover new talents through her newly established agency, OK Records.

OK Records has officially begun accepting applications for a private audition.

According to the public notice, applications will be accepted online until 10 p.m. on December 4. The auditions are open to individuals of all nationalities and genders, born between 2006 and 2011.

OK Records is conducting this audition through a renowned dance studio academy, and it is expected that Min Hee-jin will fully engage in producing idols through this endeavor.

Regarding this, Xportsnews requested a comment from an OK Records representative, but the contact number was found to be disconnected. Last month on the 27th, OK Records distributed press materials related to a put option lawsuit between Min Hee-jin and HYBE, but less than a week later, they cut off media contact.

Previously in October, Min Hee-jin established OK Records and completed corporate registration, securing a building in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. She is gaining attention for hinting at the production of a new group by creating an independent system overseeing planning, concept, and visual production.

OK Records is registered with purposes including entertainment management, music production, album production, music and album distribution, performance and event planning and production, and brand management, with Min Hee-jin listed as a company director.

Previously, NewJeans members announced their comeback during an exclusive contract lawsuit with ADOR. ADOR announced the return of Haerin and Hyein, while Danielle, Minji, and Hani held individual meetings with ADOR, yet final decisions on their comeback were not made.

Min Hee-jin previously respected NewJeans’ decision to return, stating, “The decision to come back must have been made after deep reflection and conversation,” emphasizing her belief that “NewJeans should be maintained wholly with five members in any situation.”

Effectively having parted ways with NewJeans, Min Hee-jin is quickly laying out new plans, drawing significant attention to her future moves.
