TWICE member Chaeyoung postponed her departure due to health concerns.
On the 26th, JYP Entertainment announced that TWICE member Chaeyoung had postponed her departure for medical reasons, releasing an official statement titled ‘Notice Regarding TWICE’s Chaeyoung’s Departure Schedule and Future Activities’ through its official channels.
The agency stated that Chaeyoung experienced discomfort in her back while preparing to depart. Her departure was postponed for medical consultation and treatment after it was determined that hospital care was necessary.
Consequently, Chaeyoung will not depart with the other members today and will remain in Korea for treatment.
The agency stated it is “monitoring her recovery closely and plan for her to depart at the earliest possible time,” adding that “If there are any changes to future performance schedules, we will keep you informed.”
The agency also preemptively announced that Chaeyoung’s performance might be partially limited even if she participates.
Meanwhile, TWICE is currently on a world tour titled ‘This Is For,’ visiting 43 locations worldwide.
Previously, on the 25th, the agency announced that member Dahyun, who was diagnosed with a fractured ankle last month, would temporarily halt activities due to health concerns.

We are providing an update regarding TWICE member Chaeyoung’s departure schedule.
Chaeyoung experienced sudden discomfort in her back this morning while preparing for her departure. Due to the urgent necessity of hospital treatment, we have unavoidably postponed her departure, and she will be receiving medical consultation and treatment.
Therefore, Chaeyoung will not depart with the other members today and will remain in Korea for necessary treatments and examinations. We plan for her to depart at the earliest possible time, closely monitoring her test results and recovery progress.
If there are any changes to the upcoming performance schedule, we will inform fans as quickly as possible through official communication channels. Additionally, please be informed that even if Chaeyoung participates in performances, her performance may be partially limited.
