The virtual group SKINZ has ushered in a new chapter with flair.
SKINZ successfully wrapped up their first music show following the release of their second digital single ‘The Way Back’ on the 29th of last month.
On the 30th, SKINZ captivated listeners with their comeback performance on SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’. Their powerful yet smooth vocals and dynamically unfolding melody left a strong impression.
Their second digital single ‘The Way Back’ is a pop-rock track anchored by electric guitar and piano. Particularly notable is the participation of the members in the songwriting, conveying a message that ‘returning’ is not just a simple comeback but a process of connecting again with someone and oneself after overcoming wounds and emptiness.
The epilogue film for ‘The Way Back’, released with the song, caused a stir immediately upon release. It spectacularly showcases SKINZ moving through past and future timeframes, eliciting reactions such as, “It’s like a real movie,” “The quality is insane,” and “All the members sing well.”
On the day of their comeback, the 29th, SKINZ met fans through a comeback live session, and beyond their first performance on ‘Inkigayo’, they plan to continue engaging with fans through various content. They are also set to appear at the 2025 SBS Gayo Daejun, to be held on December 25th at Incheon Inspire Arena.
This ‘2025 SBS Gayo Daejun’ will mark SKINZ’s first year-end stage since debut, promising to be a particularly significant occasion for both SKINZ and their fans. The group is putting special effort into delivering a memorable performance.
With the opening of a new chapter, SKINZ plans to continue engaging with fans through diverse content and activities.
