Concerns about the series emerged even before its release, as Jisoo has faced persistent acting criticism since taking on lead roles.

After making special appearances in KBS 2TV’s ‘The Producers’ in 2015 and tvN’s ‘Arthdal Chronicles’ in 2019, Jisoo began her acting career in earnest by playing Eun Young-ro in JTBC’s ‘Snowdrop’ in 2021.
Although she garnered attention for her lead debut, her performances drew criticism, and the project concluded with limited public interest.
She continued with lead roles in Coupang Play’s original series ‘Newtopia’ and the film ‘Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint.’ However, criticism regarding her husky voice and enunciation persisted, particularly among fans of the original works.
