Actress Go Youn-jung returns as a top star.
On the morning of the 13th, a production presentation for the new Netflix series ‘Can This Love Be Interpreted?’ took place at Josun Palace Seoul Gangnam in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Actors Kim Seon-ho, Go Youn-jung, and director Yoo Young-eun attended the event.
Go Youn-jung portrays Cha Mu-hee, a global top star adored by all but inexperienced in love. Her character’s journey sees her transform from an unknown actress into a global sensation, leading to red carpet scenes.
Go Youn-jung, known for being quite nervous on the red carpet, acknowledged that her real-life nervousness was ‘reflected [in the role] but not excessively.’ She explained, ‘I walked the red carpet about twenty times during filming, with many takes, so I wasn’t nervous at all. I paid special attention to scenes where I had to encounter someone,’ she noted.
Regarding her likeness to Cha Mu-hee, she commented, ‘I think it’s 50%. I deeply love and enjoy this profession.’
Meanwhile, ‘Can This Love Be Interpreted?’ is an unpredictable romantic comedy about multilingual interpreter Joo Ho-jin, who becomes the interpreter for global top star Cha Mu-hee. It is set to be released at 5 PM on the 16th.
