Ji Sung’s meticulous plan to eradicate a formidable evil is set to intensify.
The 9th episode of MBC’s Friday-Saturday drama ‘Judge Lee Han-young,’ airing on Friday, January 30, will feature Lee Han-young (played by Ji Sung) in an all-out effort to expose the unsightly truth of those in power.
In the previous episode, Lee Han-young extended an olive branch to Park Chul-woo (Hwang Hee) and Kim Jin-ah (Won Jin-ah) to form an alliance. Initially skeptical of Han-young, who seemed privy to the identity of the corrupt forces, they ultimately decided to assist him, contributing to the ousting of Ministry of Justice candidate Woo Kyo-hoon (Jeon Jin-gi). This enabled Han-young to dismantle the barriers set by Kang Sin-jin (Park Hee-soon) and infiltrate his inner circle.
As Lee Han-young, now an ‘insider’ among the corrupt forces, delves deeper into the corridors of power, newly released stills on January 29 (today) reveal his secretive maneuvers targeting these groups.

Curiosity is piqued by Lee Han-young’s appearance in a mask. His intense gaze above the mask hints at the immense scale of his devised scheme, heightening the drama’s suspense. Viewers are left wondering why Han-young must conceal his face for a covert operation.
Meanwhile, Lee Han-young confronts another challenge from Kang Sin-jin. Sin-jin’s astute observations alone create immense pressure. The new obstacles in Han-young’s pursuit of justice promise a thrilling development.
Despite the intense power struggle, Han-young’s strategic play continues unabated. He addresses the Kim Sang-jin case and the Namyeon-gu sinkhole incident, earning trust by deploying Prosecutor Park Chul-woo to a golf course as part of a new operation, thereby overcoming situations in which he finds direct intervention difficult. This teamwork intensifies anticipation for how it will disrupt future events.
The 9th episode of ‘Judge Lee Han-young’ will air tomorrow, January 30, at 9:50 PM KST.
