Kim Kwang-kyu, a self-proclaimed fan of IVE, found himself banned from the waiting room after confusing Jang Won-young with Ahn Yu-jin.
On the 9th episode of SBS’s “My Too Bossy Manager – The Assistants” (hereafter “The Assistants”), IVE group member Ahn Yu-jin, who has served as an MC for the ‘Gayo Daejeon’ for four consecutive years, appeared as the ‘my star’.

Kim Kwang-kyu, who had previously declared his fandom for IVE at “The Assistants” press conference, showed his enthusiasm by taking out an IVE light stick before the show started, drawing laughter.
At the “Gayo Daejeon” site, featuring 36 artist teams, Kim Kwang-kyu and Lee Seo-jin struggled to fulfill ‘my star’ Ahn Yu-jin’s morning coffee request, hinting at a challenging schedule ahead.
Contrary to their confidence, Kim Kwang-kyu faced difficulties right from Ahn Yu-jin’s first request for drinks, unable to distinguish between iced tea and coffee. His struggle brought laughter to Ahn Yu-jin and the staff, while Lee Seo-jin humorously expressed his frustration by saying, “Get out now!”

After finally delivering drinks to ‘my star’ Ahn Yu-jin, Kim Kwang-kyu and Lee Seo-jin watched from a distance as Ahn Yu-jin, who hadn’t eaten breakfast, had her makeup done.
Ahn Yu-jin humorously remarked, “You two felt really like fathers. Watching from afar reminded me of parents visiting a class,” drawing laughter.

During their conversation over a meal after makeup, Kim Kwang-kyu, who identified himself as an IVE fan, mistakenly thought Jang Won-young was the leader of IVE, leading to an awkward moment. Kim Kwang-kyu tried to explain, saying, “It stated Won-young was the leader,” but Lee Seo-jin countered with, “Why were you looking up Jang Won-young?” causing more laughter.
Kim Kwang-kyu stumbled, attempting to rectify his mistake by saying, “I was researching. I thought there were five members,” but Ahn Yu-jin firmly declared him “banned from the IVE waiting room” for the mix-up.
