SBS’s Friday-Saturday drama ‘Taxi Driver 3’ follows the secretive taxi company Rainbow Transport and its driver Kim Do-gi, who exacts personal revenge for victims.
With only two episodes remaining, episode 14 achieved a peak rating of 18.5% nationwide and 15.1% in the Seoul metropolitan area. It dominated its time slot and all Saturday mini-series. The 20-49 demographic rating notably rose to 4.8%, peaking at 5.75%, securing its position as the top broadcast this year and maintaining strong popularity until its conclusion.
The upcoming 15th episode, set to air on the 9th, will feature the ‘Rainbow Dark Heroes’ final revenge plot against a military base. Lee Je-hoon’s character, Do-gi, a former special forces officer before joining Rainbow Transport, vanished suddenly after applying to return to his unit.
Released stills show the ‘Rainbow Dark Heroes’—Jang Dae-ryeong (Kim Eui-sung), Go Eun (Pyo Ye-jin), Choi Joo-im (Jang Hyuk-jin), and Park Joo-im (Bae Yu-ram)—brainstorming to find the missing Do-gi, capturing significant attention.
The anxious expressions of Jang Dae-ryeong, Go Eun, and Choi Joo-im convey the viewers’ concern. Intriguingly, Park Joo-im decided to reenlist, demonstrating a touching sacrifice driven by his determination to find Do-gi. Despite his neat military uniform, Park Joo-im is later shown crawling under a military truck in tears, sparking curiosity about the hardships he will face.
The central questions are why Do-gi disappeared alone and whether the ‘Rainbow Dark Heroes’ can uncover his whereabouts, intensifying interest in ‘Taxi Driver 3’s final episodes.
