‘ShiniRang Law Office’ is gaining significant attention.
Premiering on the 13th, SBS’s Friday-Saturday drama ‘ShiniRang Law Office’ (hereafter ‘ShiniRang’) follows ‘ShiniRang,’ a possessed lawyer who resolves the grievances of the deceased, and Hannah Hyun, a cold-hearted elite lawyer who will stop at nothing to win a case. The drama uniquely combines elements of spiritual rituals with courtroom drama and human narratives.
The series generated significant interest even before its premiere, especially as content featuring shamanism and spiritual beliefs has recently gained popularity.
SBS, which has garnered acclaim for legal dramas such as ‘Good Partner’ and ‘Judge from Hell,’ is further heightening anticipation with its latest offering.

Ratings have been on the rise. According to Nielsen Korea, ‘ShiniRang’ began with a 6.3% viewership for its premiere and increased to 9.1% by the fourth episode on the 21st, nearing double-digit figures.
This performance is particularly noteworthy compared to its predecessor, ‘Starting Today I’m Human,’ which concluded with an average rating in the 3% range.
Despite following the popular series ‘Taxi Driver 3’ and being part of SBS’s successful Friday-Saturday lineup, which included last year’s hits like ‘My Perfect Secretary,’ ‘Treasure Island,’ and ‘Ghost Palace,’ ‘Starting Today I’m Human’ underperformed.

However, ‘ShiniRang’ continues to gain momentum, reaffirming the strength of SBS’s Friday-Saturday drama slot.
Yoo Yeon-seok, who plays ShiniRang, is central to this success. His performance, which involves a challenging multi-role dynamic due to the possession theme, greatly contributes to the drama’s appeal.
Viewers are keenly interested to see if ‘ShiniRang,’ which has revitalized the reputation of SBS’s Friday-Saturday dramas, will continue its success story.
