Group 2NE1 member Sandara Park discussed her financial planning.
Recently, YouTube channel ‘BvoTV’ uploaded a video titled ‘First Reveal: Why Did 2NE1’s Sandara Park Join Kim Sook’s Line?’.
In the video, a fan asked, “How do you manage your assets? Your close friend Hwangbo garnered attention for saving 100,000 won monthly. How much do you save, Dara?”
Sandara Park replied, “I don’t have savings accounts. I’m unfamiliar with such things. I’ve never done monthly installment savings. I never even thought about it.” She then added, “Recently, I’ve started investing a little,” drawing attention.
At the mention of ‘investing,’ Kim Sook humorously revealed, “I’ve heard Song Eun-yi started investing in artificial liver development 20 years ago. She said it would be a huge success, but it’s probably still being developed.”
Song Eun-yi joked, “You might even get 100,000 won from a savings account,” and Kim Sook chimed in, “Don’t underestimate Hwangbo. She’ll soon collect her savings.”
A Hong Kong media outlet once rumored Sandara Park to possess assets valued at 35.1 billion won.
Later, appearing on KBS 2TV’s ‘Problem Child in the House,’ she explained, “Looking back, I think I earned about 30 billion won. However, I shared portions with the company and members, and paid taxes.” She added, “I didn’t purchase buildings because I shopped extravagantly. I think I could have bought a building if I hadn’t shopped. Now, I don’t have 30 billion won; I only have 300,000 won.”
