Yoo Jae-suk’s ‘Happy Together’ makes a tearful return.
The new KBS 2TV entertainment program ‘Happy Together – It’s Good We’re Not Alone’ (hereafter ‘Happy Together’), set to premiere on the 10th, features Yoo Jae-suk, who reads people; Jang Hang-jun, who holds stories; and Yoon Jong-shin, who listens to music. Together, they tune into the stories and harmony of various ‘life teammates’ in this storytelling music audition show.
A staple of KBS entertainment from 2001 to 2020, ‘Happy Together’ is making its comeback six years later.
On the 1st, a teaser featuring Yoo Jae-suk, Jang Hang-jun, and Yoon Jong-shin was released, showcasing ‘life teammates’ who made them laugh and cry and captivating the audience.
The released video includes the narration “I want to sing together” and features various audition participants, from family to friends and colleagues, who have journeyed through life together. This audition is notable for its focus on sharing diverse life stories through song, sparking curiosity about new narratives that will unfold.
Anticipated songs include “The Song That Gave Me First Place,” “The Song That Awakened Happiness,” “The Song With 40 Years Waiting,” and “The Song That Saved Us,” which will reveal participants’ life paths and promise to evoke empathy and emotion through their heartfelt stories.
The three MCs, Yoo Jae-suk, Jang Hang-jun, and Yoon Jong-shin, along with special MCs Lee Hyo-ri and Kang Min-kyung, are expected to be captivated by these unique performances, enhancing the show’s intrigue.
Notably, familiar faces such as Bang Ye-dam’s family, Park Jae-jung and Joosuc, and Click-B’s full lineup are drawing curiosity, while performances by ordinary participants are moving the MCs to tears, particularly Yoo Jae-suk.
Yoo Jae-suk returns with ‘Happy Together’ six years after ‘Happy Together 4’ concluded in 2020. The first episode will air on the 10th at 8:30 PM.
