aespa’s Giselle will be absent from the US schedule due to health reasons.
On the 7th, SM Entertainment announced through their US SNS account, “Giselle will not be participating in ‘The Governors Ball Music Festival 2023’ due to health issues.”
aespa will be performing on the main stage of ‘The Governors Ball Music Festival 2023’ in New York on the 10th. Additionally, aespa appeared as the ceremonial first pitch throwers for the New York Yankees. It is the first time since Suzy in 2014 that a domestic female celebrity has thrown the first pitch at a Major League Baseball game.
For this purpose, aespa departed from Incheon International Airport on the 7th, but Giselle was absent.
Meanwhile, Giselle also did not participate in the recording of JTBC’s ‘Knowing Bros’ on the 1st due to health reasons.
