A new Hollywood film blending K-pop and thriller genres is set to debut. Korean production company Zanybros announced that they have completed filming on their first Hollywood feature, “Perfect Girl,” a project they have been preparing for some time.
“Perfect Girl” is a psychological thriller depicting mysterious events amid fierce competition for spots in a debuting K-pop girl group. The film is gaining significant attention globally as a fresh attempt to merge K-pop with cinema.

This global entertainment project combines Zanybros’ two decades of expertise in K-pop content production with Hollywood filmmaking capabilities. It was co-produced with leading Hollywood studios Badlands and Thunder Road.
The film is anticipated to expand the global action-thriller legacy established by franchises such as “Resident Evil” and the “John Wick” series.
The cast is a truly global mix of K-pop and Hollywood stars. K-pop artist Jeon Somi takes the lead role, marking her acting debut alongside Arden Cho and May Hong, both known for their roles in the Netflix animated series “K-pop Demon Hunters.”

Also joining are Hollywood actors Adeline Rudolph and John Harlan Kim, along with actor Lee Jae-yoon, Nancy from Momoland, Siyoon of Billlie, and Chaerin of Cherry Bullet.
The reunion of Arden Cho and May Hong from “K-pop Demon Hunters” is raising fan expectations, promising exciting performances and thrilling scenes.
“Perfect Girl” incorporates musical and performance elements to create a distinct new genre, setting it apart from typical thrillers. Featuring five original songs and intense dance sequences, the film aims to captivate not only K-pop fans but also global genre film enthusiasts.
Zanybros is now recognized as a global content production company capable of making Hollywood films for international audiences, as evidenced by “Perfect Girl.”
