“You Quiz on the Block” celebrated Yoo Jae-suk’s 21st grand prize win.
On the 29th, Yoo Jae-suk received the grand prize at the “2025 MBC Entertainment Awards” for “Hangout with Yoo.” This win marked his 9th grand prize from MBC and his 21st overall.
In his acceptance speech, he said, “I sincerely want to thank my brothers Haha and Woo-jae for being part of ‘Hangout with Yoo’. I also want to express my gratitude to Jin-joo, Mi-joo, and Kyung-i, who worked hard with us until their regrettable departure this year.”
tvN’s “You Quiz on the Block” also celebrated his achievement by uploading a broadcast capture from the “2025 MBC Entertainment Awards” on its official channel, with the caption, “Congratulations on your 21st grand prize! Let’s continue together until you win your 30th.”
Additionally, they uploaded the ending screen from Yoo Jae-suk’s 30th debut anniversary special broadcast in 2021, stating in captions, “Yoo Jae-suk’s 30 years are our 30 years too. He has become the ‘Yoo Jae-suk’ of today, alternating between life’s cold reality and passion, and has been a ‘comfort’ to us.”
Meanwhile, Yoo Jae-suk has been hosting “You Quiz on the Block” for over seven years since 2018. While Jo Se-ho has co-hosted since the first episode, he recently stepped down amid rumors of gang involvement.
