
Director Park Chan-wook graced the red carpet at the Golden Globe Awards.
On January 11 (local time), Director Park appeared at the 83rd Golden Globe Awards, which took place at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.
On the red carpet, Park donned a suit that highlighted his dapper and refined style, drawing a flurry of flashes from the global press.
His film “Can’t Be Helped” earned nominations in three categories: Best Picture – Musical or Comedy, Best Actor (Lee Byung-hun), and Best Non-English Language Film.

This year, “Can’t Be Helped” received nominations alongside Netflix’s animated film “K-Pop Demon Hunters,” which earned recognition in three categories: Best Animated Feature, Best Box Office, and Best Original Song.
Released on September 24 last year, “Can’t Be Helped” tells the story of Man-soo (played by Lee Byung-hun), a company employee who, despite feeling satisfied with his life, suddenly loses his job, prompting him to begin a personal battle to protect his wife, two children, and his hard-earned home as he seeks re-employment. The film attracted 2.94 million viewers domestically.
