BTS fans are just as excited as the group itself for their return.
On the 21st, BTS is hosting ‘BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE: ARIRANG’ near Gwanghwamun Square in Jongno-gu, Seoul. This event celebrates the release of their 5th studio album ‘ARIRANG’ and can be viewed worldwide via Netflix. During the show, they will debut performances of new songs, including the title track “SWIM.”
A fan from Gyeonggi Province expressed their excitement, stating, “Since it’s the first full group performance after military service, I’m most looking forward to seeing all seven members together. I’m curious about the songs they will perform on stage.”

The fan added, “When the show at Gwanghwamun was first announced, I worried there wouldn’t be space for me. But being here now, it fills me with pride. I hope it all goes smoothly.”
B and C, fans who traveled from Taiwan to see BTS, were unable to hide their smiles three hours before the comeback show. “Everything is exciting and thrilling,” they said.
B chose Jungkook as their favorite member, while C picked Jimin. They expressed their wishes for the members’ well-being, saying, “Health is the most important thing. We hope this comeback show goes safely and successfully. The ARMY is ready to have fun.”

The Gwanghwamun area felt like a ‘BTS World’ with banners and member photos displayed on nearby shops. Fans dressed in the fandom’s signature purple clothing and merchandise added to the scene, creating a purple wave.
About this phenomenon, B said, “Coming to Korea and Gwanghwamun, I noticed there are so many ARMYs. It’s been a while since we’ve all gathered, making it even more exciting.”
