The group (G)I-dle has announced the schedule for their additional world tour.
On May 31, (G)I-dle (Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, Shuhua) unveiled a poster containing the schedule for the “2023 (G)I-DLE WORLD TOUR [I am FREE-TY].”
According to the revealed poster, additional shows will take place on September 9 in London, September 11 in Amsterdam, September 13 in Paris, September 16 in Brussels, September 18 in Berlin, and September 27-28 in Tokyo.
Thus, the (G)I-DLE WORLD TOUR [I am FREE-TY] will be held in a total of 16 regions, starting from Seoul and extending to Taipei, Bangkok, Hong Kong, San Francisco, LA, Dallas, New York, Atlanta, Chicago, London, Amsterdam, Paris, Brussels, Berlin, and Tokyo.
The upcoming Seoul concert on the 17th and 18th has already sold out as soon as tickets were released, confirming their strong ticket power and popularity once again.
(G)I-dle made a comeback with their new album “I feel,” which also reached number one on iTunes Top Album charts in 18 regions worldwide immediately after its release. Furthermore, they achieved a “career high” by surpassing 1,163,300 copies in first-week sales as of May 21, recording the fourth-highest debut sales for a girl group in history.
The title track “Queencard” topped the real-time and daily charts as well as the Top 100 on major Korean music streaming sites Melon, Genie, Bugs, and Flo, completing another syndrome. Additionally, the music video and performance video for “Queencard” ranked first and second, respectively, on YouTube’s trending videos shortly after their release, proving their hot popularity.
Meanwhile, the (G)I-DLE WORLD TOUR [I am FREE-TY] will kick off on the 17th and 18th at the Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul.
