Group B1A4 (CNU, Sandeul, Gongchan) is departing WM Entertainment after 14 years with the agency.
On the 23rd, WM Entertainment expressed its gratitude to fans who have supported B1A4’s members, CNU, Sandeul, and Gongchan. The agency announced that after thorough discussions, they had mutually agreed to conclude their exclusive contract.
WM Entertainment further stated, “We sincerely thank the B1A4 members who have stayed with us for 14 years based on mutual trust. Although the exclusive contract has ended, we will support B1A4 with all our hearts to ensure they make a greater leap forward in their new home, given the long-standing deep connection.”
The company added, “We will continue our collaboration to generate synergy effects with B1A4 and maintain our working relationship for overseas activities with RBW Japan. Extending beyond a simple artist-agency relationship, B1A4 has been a significant artist representing WM and a wonderful partner for 14 years. We will support and bless the members to fully embrace and challenge themselves.”
B1A4 debuted in 2011. After Jinyoung and Baro left the group, CNU, Sandeul, and Gongchan continued as a trio.
