“Siren” has garnered attention by unveiling its script reading session, where the performances of Park Min-young and Wi Ha-jun shone.

Set to premiere on March 2, tvN’s new Monday-Tuesday drama “Siren” is a captivating romance thriller about a seductive insurance fraud suspect and a man investigating the deaths surrounding her.

Actors Park Min-young (Han Seol-ah), known for “Marry My Husband,” and Wi Ha-jun (Cha Woo-seok), who recently starred in “The Midnight Romance in Hagwon,” along with director Kim Cheol-kyu, acclaimed for his distinctive direction in works such as “Flower of Evil” and “Celebrity,” are poised to create explosive synergy. The script reading session brought together director Kim Cheol-kyu, creator Jo Hyun-kyung, writer Lee Young, and the cast of “Siren,” including Park Min-young and Wi Ha-jun, for their first collaborative effort.

Park Min-young, portraying Han Seol-ah—a woman shrouded in mystery whose loved ones have all died—expressed her character’s enigmatic charm with a low voice. Her poised gestures evoked an auction house atmosphere, befitting her role as an art auctioneer.

He vividly portrayed his character’s resolve to apprehend those who commodify human lives for profit. As Park Min-young and Wi Ha-jun’s characters clashed, the intriguing dynamic of their mutual attraction began to unfold, further piquing interest in their narrative.

The script reading session of “Siren” has heightened expectations, showcasing the actors’ passionate performances.
