On the 28th, web magazine ‘HIP’ reported on its official account that “Dok2 is dating Lee Hi,” breaking the news of the two’s romance.
According to the report, the pair allegedly unveiled their relationship alongside the simultaneous release of ‘You & Me,’ the first single from their co-founded label, 808 HI RECORDINGS.
The new song, ‘You & Me,’ captures mature and direct emotions against a backdrop of slow and intense R&B and hip-hop sounds. Reportedly, it encapsulates the narrative of the two artists. The track will be made available at 6 PM today on various online music sites.
Notably, the song’s lyrics are rumored to directly convey the couple’s relationship and story, leading to speculation that it is essentially a ‘love song.’
Dok2 was born in 1990, and Lee Hi in 1996, making the age difference between them six years.
