Singer Hwasa shared the enthusiastic reaction of her agency CEO Psy to the popularity of her song ‘Good Goodbye.’
The April 12 episode of SBS’s ‘Running Man’ featured a game titled ‘Essence of Betting: The Gambler’s Choice,’ where trust among participants was crucial.
During the show, hosts asked ‘Running Man’ members and guests Hwasa and Young K, “How much would you spend if you were to buy a meal for the members before the main filming?” After giving their answers, they received seed money and boarded a bus together for the mission location.
On their way to the mission location, Yoo Jae-suk warmly greeted Young K, saying, “It’s been a long time.” Ji Suk-jin added, “I got a bit closer to him last time. He’s nice and unpretentious,” highlighting his friendship with Young K.
Yoo Jae-suk humorously retorted, “Aren’t you the pretentious one? You also act territorial,” sparking laughter.
Meanwhile, Yoo Jae-suk mentioned Hwasa’s success as a solo artist, having returned with her new song ‘So Cute.’ He noted that Psy, her agency CEO, was reportedly thrilled by the overwhelming popularity of her earlier hit, ‘Good Goodbye.’
Yoo Jae-suk commented, “Psy must be so happy about Hwasa’s success,” to which Hwasa replied, “I tried not to check the charts, but he updated me every morning. He was really pleased.”
Kim Jong-kook speculated, “But Jae-sang (Psy’s real name) probably prefers his own success,” and Yoo Jae-suk added, “If that’s the case, what about JYP’s chief, Park Jin-young, Young K’s agency head?”
Young K agreed, “He would likely be even more so,” which prompted Yoo Jae-suk to joke, “Both have strong self-love,” drawing laughter.
