BTS member Jungkook made headlines by revealing his down-to-earth lifestyle during a live broadcast.

On the 3rd, Jungkook held a live stream on the fan communication platform Weverse.

Prior to the broadcast, Jungkook teased making curry miso pasta and began cooking in his home. During cooking, he casually asked someone, “What time did you go to bed yesterday?” A male voice replied, “1 o’clock? 2 o’clock? Today is my day off.”

When fans grew curious, Jungkook surprised them by saying, “The friend I live with is my friend from Busan,” adding, “We’ve known each other since kindergarten and we always tell each other to shut up.” The friend, startled by Jungkook’s comment, joked, “When did I say that?” causing laughter.

After finishing the dish, Jungkook expressed regret about using pasta noodles instead of udon but said, “It tastes good. I thought curry and miso would go well together.” He also asked the housekeeper, “Auntie, there’s no rice, right? Just half a bowl,” and mixed the remaining sauce with rice, showcasing a “mukbang” session.

Despite being a BTS member loved globally and known for promoting K-Pop worldwide, many were surprised to learn that Jungkook continues to live with a long-time friend from kindergarten.

Previously, Jungkook has showcased his culinary skills with unique recipes like ‘Bulgeuri,’ ‘Nutty Fire Mayo Sesame Oil Makguksu,’ ‘Rajjuk,’ and ‘Truffle Cream Pasta.’ His recent live broadcasts continue to feature cooking and eating sessions, strengthening his close connection with fans.

Jungkook’s disclosure of his “world-class” yet humble lifestyle has made fans around the globe swoon once again.
