According to global OTT ranking site FlixPatrol, ‘Nice To Not Meet You’ secured the 5th position on Prime Video for two consecutive days on December 17th and 18th, demonstrating consistent popularity. Domestic audiences have also responded enthusiastically, with the first episode recording an average rating of 5.5% and a peak of 6.5%, garnering significant attention. Directed by Kim Ga-ram, known for his genre-crossing work on ‘Good Partner’ and ‘Nevertheless,’ and penned by Jung Yeorang, who created a sensation with ‘Doctor Cha Jung-sook,’ ‘Nice To Not Meet You’ drew considerable interest from drama fans upon its premiere. The series depicts a spirited war of words, sharp critiques, and the challenging of preconceived notions between a once-beloved national actor who has lost his way and an entertainment journalist dedicated to justice.
