K-pop group NewJeans may have recorded a new song for an upcoming comeback.
A schedule on the official website of a recording and mixing studio in Copenhagen, Denmark, showed a reservation under the name ‘ADOR/LL’ from the 13th to the 17th.
Some fans speculate that ‘ADOR’ indicates the recording of NewJeans’ new album.
Reports of NewJeans members being sighted in Copenhagen also emerged around the same time.
On the 12th, reports of Hyein and Haerin being sighted in Copenhagen spread on Chinese social media Weibo. The two were seen walking with staff and carrying filming equipment.
Hani was also reportedly present. ADOR confirmed on the 14th that the members visited Copenhagen with the staff.
The simultaneous overseas sightings of the three members, who have confirmed their return, sparked speculation about a comeback-related schedule.
With the Copenhagen studio reservation, global fans are closely watching whether this hints at a resumption of activities.
Meanwhile, last October, ADOR won a lawsuit confirming the validity of their exclusive contracts with the five members of NewJeans. Following the court’s decision, Haerin, Hyein, and Hani decided to return. Minji is still discussing her comeback, and Danielle has left the group after being notified of the termination of her contract.
